In this vital role, you'll conduct thorough vetting of new starters in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) guidelines and undertake a variety of transactional HR administrative tasks. You'll ensure compliance with statutory requirements, support the onboarding process, and maintain accurate records. If you're detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about creating a safe and efficient workplace, we'd love to hear from you!
Qualifications:
Proven experience in HR, recruitment and administrative roles.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
