We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Art and Design Lecturer to join our innovative, multi-disciplinary team. This exciting opportunity involves the development and delivery of courses across level 1, level 2 and level 3. The courses cover a variety of art, design, and digital pathways. This position is multi-disciplinary - with fine art - drawing, visualising, painting, printmaking, 3D and mixed media skills being especially desirable.
The ideal candidate will have a good to strong understanding of the creative industries and a passion for providing students with industry-relevant knowledge and experiences, helping to bridge the gap between academic learning and professional practice. There is a degree of flexibility regarding individual creative and technical specialisms of applicants.
We are looking for an organised, proactive, and creative individual with a degree in Art & Design or a related field. The successful candidate will possess good digital skills, with expertise in creative technologies being highly desirable. As a motivated team player, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high professional standards while inspiring students. Previous teaching experience is essential, and your ability to build positive relationships and foster an engaging learning environment will be key to ensuring student success.
